o Greet and assist visitors.
o Issue passes to homeowners, renters, guests, and employees.
o Issue, record and accept payments for:
RV storage lots, visitor passes parking passes, pier and beach keys and resident and renter fees in accordance with BBRD Cash Handling Procedures.
o Process credit card payments, balance monies received and prepare and/or reconcile cash reconciliation sheet daily.
o Maintain badges and update renewal stickers for homeowners.
o Take pictures for badges as required.
o Must maintain a happy, friendly, smiling disposition.
o Perform orientation for new homeowners.
o Answer phone and route calls to the correct department/person.
o Other duties as assigned.
Experience/
Qualifications:
o Must have a valid Florida driver's license o Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent o Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel essential.
o Language skills, mathematical skills, and reasoning ability.
o Diplomacy with the general public and co-workers.
o Able to cope with all types of situations.
o Good listening skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
