This Buyer position will answer to the Purchasing Manager and is responsible for aspects of Inventory purchasing and accuracy.
This includes but not limited to maintaining accurate records using resident MRP system, working with Shipping/Receiving personal and Operations team to control flow of products, manager customer returns and make recommendations to improve overall Inventory control.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Work in MRP Inventory system daily and issue Purchase Orders to approved Suppliers Liaison with accounting department for solving Invoicing issues Hands on as needed for parts counting and maintaining inventory Place low dollar purchase awards as directed by Purchasing Manager Maintain, update and review databases and Bills of Materials as required for accurate reporting

Previous experience as an Inventory Specialist Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word Clean Drivers License required.
