You'll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments.
We'll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team.

Responsibilities:
Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files Listen and engage with potential new clients while obtaining necessary information to determine if their legal case is one that our team can handle Coordinate appointment times with the various Attorney calendars Document phone conversations with clients and potential new clients in the Firm's Case Management Software System Collect necessary documentation into the Firm's Case Management system for the Attorney's client meetings
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor's degree is a plus Previous legal experience a plus Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills Experience with a Case Management Software System is a plus but not required Previous Legal Experience is preferred but not required High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred Customer Service experience or Sales experience is a plus About Company Lulich & Attorneys, P.
