$120,000 - $220,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedingsManage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasksConduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motionsGet the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondenceDraft revocable and irrevocable trusts, amendments to trusts, and review previously drafted client's trustsDraft and Prepare necessary Probate pleadings for a Formal Administration, Summary Administration, or Ancillary AdministrationDraft and Review last will and testament, power of attorneys, health care surrogate, and living willsAdvise and counsel clients on the difference between trust administration and probate administration
Qualifications:
Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this rolePrior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years requiredAbility to use Microsoft Office is requiredWell-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis) Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.
D.
) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 yearsMust be licensed with the Florida Bar AssociationSalary is based on experience and to the extent of a portable book of business5 Years of Estate Planning and Probate Administration Experience is Required About CompanyLulich & Attorneys, P.
