We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Wash Equipment Technician and Car Prep Servicer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
As a Car Wash Equipment Technician and Car Prep Servicer, your primary responsibilities will include:
Equipment Maintenance:
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance on car wash equipment.
Utilize tools to tighten bolts, bearings, and conduct equipment disassembly and reassembly.
Replace hoses, refill hydraulic fluids, and maintain overall equipment functionality.
Car Prep Services:
Assist in loading customers onto the conveyor and prepare the vehicle for the car wash process.
Apply detergent sprays and gently brush designated parts of the vehicle.
Operational Duties:
Manage controls and pay stations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist in opening and/or closing the car wash facility.
Customer Engagement:
Maintain a positive and charismatic attitude to provide exceptional service.
Foster a sense of community within the workplace and engage with customers in a friendly manner.
Outdoor Work:
Perform duties outdoors, working in shaded areas, even during warm conditions.
Compensation:
Base pay, tips, commission, and bonuses based on car volume and equipment health.
