Job Description Job Description Our company is seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist in our home office in Vero Beach.
The right candidate has a strong interest in assisting our clients and agents via multiple delivery channels and problem-solving related issues.
Responsibilities:
Handling customer service inquiries via incoming calls from agents/clients & emails, Processing requests with multiple insurance carriers, Data entry, Assist in communications between insurance carriers to ensure application accuracy and issuance, Making outbound calls to current clients to assist in making premium payments, Knowledge of insurance terms, Conserving all past business.
Prior experience is NOT REQUIRED for this entry level position.
All training will be provided by our home office team upon hire.
Pay is dependent on experience.
