Must have flexible availability.
Weekday & weekends are a must.

You must have a Valid Drivers license due to having to maneuver boats out of the water if needed.
Understanding of Florida weather and how it affects water activity Customer service mentality.
Our guest experience is extremely important! Local fishing knowledge is a bonus, but not required Experience operating a boat on the Indian River Lagoon Ability to lift heavy objects.
